Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged for all no-call/no-shows and any appointment canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 

To get the most out of your appointment, please arrive on time. Tardies of 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and you will be charged according to the cancellation policy. 

I understand that life happens. Please notify my as soon as possible if something out of the ordinary comes up. One short-notice reschedule per appointment will be allowed, after that the cancellation policy will be enforced.
